RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Maisha Jewels LLP (www.maishastore.com), we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Custom or personalized items, if any, cannot be returned.
  • Items purchased during clearance or "Last Few Pieces" promotions are eligible for return under the same conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 99200 17166) or email (contact@maisha-jewels.com) within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

  • Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, credit card, debit card, or net banking).
  • The original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will replace the item at no additional cost, subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not already been dispatched. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered.
  • Items without original packaging or tags.
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window.
